About Us
My name is Annie Langguth. I've been a Manicurist for over 13 years and am also trained as an Esthetician. My father is a retired Pharmacist and owned an old-fashioned Drug Store for over 40 years. I think I got the urge to make my own products from watching him do his own compounding of different lotions, salves, and solutions.
Several years ago I started out by making Cuticle Oil and putting it in ear drop bottles that I got from my Dad. My nail clients liked my cuticle oils, and later I started making other products that would help keep their artificial nails from lifting. None of my products contain Mineral Oil or any Petroleum Products. Later I developed a Sugar Scrub that has lots of Shea Butter and all kinds of pampering oils such as Evening Primrose, Emu, Grapeseed, Macadamia, Apricot Kernel, and Sweet Almond. The Sugar Scrub has been one of my best sellers.
Five years ago I began making mineral makeup because I have rosacea, oily skin, and adult acne. I had been searching for years for a foundation that would give coverage, soothe my skin, and not turn me into an oil slick. I perfected my formula by giving samples to my friends and nail clients to test and give feedback. The result is a formula that I'm pleased to offer. My Mineral Foundation is also wonderful for my clients with dry skin because it helps balance the moisture in the skin.
